Waiting & Wondering

by Elizabeth (capricorn) - Not entered

Sometimes at night as I sit in my room
I think of you and wonder if what I feel is true
I don't think for long because I know it is
But what I do wonder about is you
Do you feel the same way too?
Are you playing with my heart
And playing with my head?
I'm patiently waiting for the answers to these questions in my head
I wonder if it's worth it all
Or am I setting myself up for a fall
I write, I call, and put my heart on the line
You say nothing
I wonder if you're listening to me this time
If only I knew, if only you'd tell me how you feel
Then I wouldn't have to wait or wonder
