Death surrounds us all like a hateful, dense fog; it hovers above trying to swoop in unnoticed. Some fear it-some welcome its rest; the aftermath of one is worse than a thousand wars. In a world where death has taken over, it seems impossible to have hope- something to live for. Nothing's impossible, however, soon-death will be crushed into oblivion, and once again life will prevail. -copright 1998-
Reason for writing:
I had just attended a funeral of a friend who died suddenly. I wanted to write about the reality and sadness of death, but also the reality that death will be done away with in the future.Birth sign: Taurus
