Runaway

by Ben Barton - Not entered

She left her home
too late at night.
Heart was pounding
Restrictions bounding.

The streets welcomed SHE,
but girl had to be
alone.
So very alone.
Like life; its pull.
The journey's lonely
struggle.

Take your last chance.
