They say I do not talk But I have spoken Of dreams and wishes And the world is no better for my words They say I do not see But I have seen Violence and hate And the world will not change before my eyes They say I do not hear But I have heard The cries of children and voices of reasons And the world still goes deaf They say I do not know But I have know Of hunger and war And this world will be better because of me
Reason for writing:
I wrote this poem for all of the people in this world who are restricted because of age or inexperience. This poem is for the younger generations who are not believed to be important or who never had their ideas listened to. This poem is for the older generations, who because of physical or mental inabilities, are believed to forgotten all they once knew. This poem is for all whose knowledge and wisdom are ignorned. iBirth sign: Not entered
