Moments

by Sarah-leo - Not entered

There are times in your life,
silent moments,
when you sit in awe and realize something,
something exceptionally significant,
something that has waited for you to find it,
but your greedy hands just couldn't grasp it.
Until your greety hands became clean and pure,
they were too busy being submerged in the world's competition,
but you've pulled them out,
and let the water and soap run over them,
cleansing them.
We must learn to take these moments and hold them dear,
For if we don't they'll slip away,
as if they were never there.

Reason for writing:

I was deeply thinking one day and I realized something significant in my life I'd never seen before.
