another young person jilted by life. staring out paint spattered glass at another faceless city on another nameless street. Though, this empty place is more comforting to her than where shw grew up. Realizes everyday that everything isn't the way she thinks it ought to be. Not everything goes right at the same time. Someone, something is always off one beat from her incensed poetic world. Daily, she sorts through it, the virtual landfill of memories. Amongst worthless people with worthless minds, she finds things about him that slipped through the fingers of her mind. Tears come riding in on her smokey breath. He feels nothing for her, and from this she runs... hides in her swirling mind. Because the only thing in her world that knows they belong won't give her what she doesn't know if she wants. charley
Reason for writing:
Seth, you wrote me that letter the other morning, and I decided that it was time for me to submit my writing again. This one is a recent addition, and I decided to dedicate it to you. Not so much that it had anything to do with you at the moment, but because i thought of you when i read this today, for some odd reason. thank you. cBirth sign: Pisces
