For Kelley, who wrote to me

by Fuqua, Taurus - Not entered

You lust for the words that might bring
Meaning to the world you inhadit
Breathing truth to your existance as you
Slowly unravel
Shielding yourself from the scorn you fear
Curling your fingers-
Blood in your palms
Crucified by imagoned tones
Honey voice ever playful
Surround yourself with color-
Escaping from Darkness
Does it make you strange?
As you rveal yourself you are only
Further obscured
Unveiling the threds that cloack your soul
Clothe your past-
Do you seek to chase the Darkness from your mind?
Or render it visible,
In its magestic power,
To those who choose to be blinded?

Reason for writing:

This was written in my notebook where
I write all of my poems. She is one of the first
person I let see the whole book and keep for
more than a day or two. She is an outlet
for my thoughts and we can talk about almost
anything. Theres a lot more but.........
