Uncommon curiosity by Richard Maxfield 4-26-99 Tell me what happened, to the day when every one had, something nice to say for a lady, we would hold the door is this such, a horrible chore to see a friend, and tip your hat now we ignore, at where were at to see your neighbor and say good morn that how it was, when I was born to give a stranger, a friendly smile for a friend, we would walk a mile to meet some, unknown man and freely stick out, a welcome hand now we honk, and shake our fist it dont take much, to make our list now we walk, down the street with a frown, for every one we meet nothing good, we have to say what ever happened, to the good old daysBirth sign: Not entered
