A love forever

	A love forever

 Each day I pass by
She never once leaves my eye.
She never really notices me
Which is probably for the better.

I always think of her,
Probably too much, probably too little.
A little twinkle in her eye
Which seems to always be there in the sky.

I look at the moon, so lonely and shy.
Much like my emotions
Afraid to come out, blackened every day
However they will always be with me to stay.

In my heart, I know what to say
But before I can speak it is the end of the day
I so want to speak my mind, but I doubt she will listen

I would save her in a heartbeat, not that it will matter.
She is like a star to me, always there for me to see, but
I can never reach her, even though I try to every day

Honestly I don't know why I like her so passionately,
She lights up my day every time I see her.
Why does god do this, why does he toy with emotions.
People cant get together, even with love potions.

We always hide our true emotions
Afraid of what people will think
Maybe one day we will finally understand feelings

She still doesn't see me, I start to give up.
But then I realize why give up, it is hopeless not to try
It will never stop calling me, the twinkle in her eye

Reason for writing:

    my true love
