I am certain of it… Toppled from its safe perch… No longer secure, surely unfastened… Fallen from its little curtained corner in the wall… Fallen, this heart of mine It is gone… Abandoned its post of sanctuary… Wantonly and carelessly giving in… Hopelessly and desperately wanting your heat… Fallen, this heart of mine It is awake… Roused from its slumber… Transplanted from its very roots… Very much alive and beating … It is singing this longing tune…. Fallen, this heart of mine Not in its usual space and spot… Out of character, it has broken loose… Out from its chambers, unhooked from its noose… It has fallen a notch or two, fallen down to this paradise… Fallen, this heart of mine Unabashedly, it has leaped for joy… Run like a predator, seeking its toy… Chased after an illusion, much like gold… Love it has sought, waiting to unfold…. It has fallen that is for sure…. Fallen, without warning, It has fallen for you….
Reason for writing:
Inspired by someone I met. Without warning....without a hint, I am caught unawares by this being....I am totally captivated by this soul...who has managed to break down and get through my walls.Birth sign: Aquarius
