I have learned that in love, There are no guarantees… There are only risks… I have learned that each person that has ever loved, Anything or anyone is really brave.. I have learned that in the language of love, There are no words to articulate Only actions to speak… I have learned that you need to have big shoulders And a sturdy heart, If you love someone who has been hurt…. I have learned that you have to love someone, Completely so that you can endure the peaks and valleys And misery of it all… I have learned that to love someone, you have to completely Expose yourself to extreme conditions of heaven and hell… I have learned that in love, there are no and, if Or but, only am ,is and be. I have learned, that everyone is a student of love…. No one knowing more than another…. All seeking the “One”, all finding no one…. I have learned that you can only love one way, That is, utterly, completely and passionately… I have learned that I still can love, Despite the hurt, despite the fears….. I have learned that I want to find love….
Reason for writing:
Wrote this for a tortured soul...C.S.W. I wish there was some way I could take your pain. But as we all must, we have to heal our own hearts. Goodluck, my sweet...I am here as your friend.
