We are, dearest…. A few thousand miles to be exact… So far, that it is day here as you witness your night I ask myself… Will we be together soon? Enjoying the sunrise together or sharing the moon… You are far away, And I would always wonder… Do you look at the sun in the same light, Do you enjoy the scent of the same flowers? Distance is what we have… Will it really matter… Are we starcrossed soulmates? Even before this, “whatever it is”, has started… Because you are faraway… I only know your voice and your spoken words… I only know what you tell me and say to be truth… But do I really know you? With us on opposite ends… Should I be so careless with my heart? I am so open and so defenseless .… Tell me, will you be gentle, will you be kind? Far Apart, We are, but there is nothing I can do… I can only live in the moments when we talk, When we connect…. These are rare, brief and few…. The question that lingers… Possibilities that surround… A reality that burns… Should I remain here in these few moments, Or shall I be the wiser, endure pain now and move on?… Being far apart has rendered ache… What of losing you? Will that be intolerable? I am without an answer, only with questions… I seek a respite, I seek quiet, I seek chances… Most of all I seek love. Written for souls apart.
Reason for writing:
I write this in agony. I write for this soul faraway. Possibility of never meeting....a reality mostly.Birth sign: Aquarius
