My love was another system that had shut down When the factory heart could no longer pump the blood flow Now I'm lost in the fallout and falling faster out of control Fading into sleep heavy my eyes will seal slow I'll sink like a needle into a hole So the resistance starts here Against the resistance I wont let go Suffering from another falling high Kissed goodnight and buried sound body and mind Going out like a black light If I could leave the way I came Then in your womb I would be again And it would feel like home So the resistance I dont fear I cant resist letting go God had felt like ice in my veins Right from the start it would end the same Everything would end on the downside So where was I? For all these years that had gone by I waved into the mirrow I'm still waiting for a reply So the resistance ended here I couldnt resist letting go
