Let me take your hand and lead you… Far, from all that is familiar… Far, from all that hurt… Let me take you there… Let me hold you close, near me, by my side… As you embark on this journey… As you make your way… Let me be your guide should you go astray… Let me show you the world, Where the days are brighter and nights warmer … Where the wind blows gently…. Let me show you a world you have never known… Let me teach you some truths in life… Lessons in living and the pains of loving… However, gently and honestly… Such that you cherish these nuggets and learn… Let me help you… Cross that mile and close that portal… However difficult, however painful….. Let me be your crutch, uncover a new door… Let me tell you, how beautiful you are… How sweet, how pure, how gentle… How childlike your soul is, how tender your heart… Let me tell you like no one else has… Let me shower you with love… Be your shadow, be your friend…. Be part of the wonder that you are… Let me, it shall be the greatest pleasure… Let me speak the truth… And tell you that you are deserving the best… So that you love yourself a little more… And you have so much to give… Unknowingly, unwittingly, you do all these… With just a smile, just a hello… You are beautiful, You are remarkable..
Reason for writing:
Wrote this for a friend who was very distraught one day....upset over the loss of his love. I wrote this so he knew that he was surrounded by people that care and think of him constantly. This is for C.S.W.
