A Little Prayer

by Myra - Not entered

As the moonlight bathed the pale pages,
A little lost girl filled them with her madness,
An emotional release that she needed,
With all the stars in her eyes she spread her wings and
Flew into the sky,
The beat of nature filled her heart,
The rain tumbled down from the midnight,
She sees a dragon in the horizon,
With her moistened wings she finds a new unicerse to get
Lost in,
A little bit of comfort was all she wanted,
Some common fround with someone she loves,
A little life in her eyes,
Something to prove that she still existed,
But this broken angel saw no hope,
She held in her little hand a star that contained all she needed,
With the final moment of pondering she swallowed the star,
Lying down in muddy waters, she is purified,
She gazes into the sky with wondering eyes,
Inch by inch she sinks into the earth,
In the core of the world she grows,
Her heart knows how to love,
All the hurt she felt inside her sould was left behind as the
World gave birth to a new being,
Shedding her dark sheel she knew that she could be again,
She took what she had and stored it within her sould,
As the storybook pages turn, the wind and the shattering
Lightening emerging from the old pages filled her with an amazing
Power,
Within her books and poems she finds a little ray of hope to
Make it through a stormy evil
