Truths

by Sindel - Cancer - Not entered

Peeking throught the shadows, behind the dust of unfilled rooms.
Are the eyes of madmen who have seen the horror of unspeakable truths.
Their stare seems to penitrate far beyond the deapths of my soul
It fills me with fear, for what is it that they know?

Fading images of bodies contorted in seemingly unhuman postures
Deep in my mind desires and fantasies are fostered
Twisting through the webs, the never ending train of thought
Never knowing where the fantasy may stop.

Deep in the shadows are the eyes that haunt me reflected in glass
A mirrored image of someone I once knew behind a vengeful mask
He chases me and tortures me. I can taste his blood on my mouth
He is in my mind, all around me. There is no way out.

I try to run but he is never far behind
He is forever seaching for the truths that I keep locked in my mind
