Raining At 6:08

by Eddie Becker (Taurus) - Not entered

Breaking away
I see your face,
I see hazel eyes,
I see my time,
it's all slipping away.
You'll smile,
I'll walk on over,
then walk all over
what other people
think of me.
To settle the score
I'll wait no more
and quickly learn
to thrive
on the laughter
of those who won't survive.
Because sooner
or later
they'll have to learn to live
with things that
they're used to living
without.

Reason for writing:

I wrote this to say that I don't care what others think about the girls I date, because they can't change my feelings no matter ho they try.
