Every day hath passed away, Tears trail my weary path, Gloom by far does outweigh, Joyful times in aftermath, Ah! I hear the devil laugh. What hath made the devil’s eyes, Leer with cruel delight ? To drain my heart and watch it die, Such an evil sight ! The bridge of life spans the road, One is forced to cross, The burden is a massive load, Laden full of sorrow’s dross. To end the fight and be fulfilled, Would prove the battle well, To finally see depression stilled, And darkness bound to hell. SHANE D. MOORE 7/13/99 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED
Reason for writing:
People all over go through the hell of depression. I really believe the devil really enjoys inflicting it upon us. We are forced to live life and we are going to fight depression and WIN! We will see the darkness bound forever to hell, while we frolic in the Light!Birth sign: Sagittarius
