To my Daughter Melissa by Richard Maxfield 7-27-99 I know we dont always, see eye to eye I know, your not sure why later in life, what you will find it is your best interest, I have in mind I always think of you, first and last I understand, the pains of your past the disappointments, of your mother lost the hurts of growing up, what a cost I am always there, when you need me to be to hold you up, and set you free I will always give, to you my best my shoulder is yours, for your head to rest tender heart, with ears to hear are never far, always near the moment you were born, I saw your face no one on earth, could take your place you placed, your tinny hand in mine a better feeling, I shall never find hard at work, under the car your sweet smiling face, never far no matter what it was, that I did we were together, me and my kid you are my light, in the dark if life gets dull, you give me spark you are beautiful, and smart with a kind loving heart a fathers joy, a fathers love sent to him, from God above you are my pride, each and every day my love for you ,words can not sayBirth sign: Gemini
