Have you ever felt that your world is spinning out of control, and that everyone and everything you love is just for show? Have you felt the helplessness and despair that I feel now, knowing that I should be doing something, but suddenly forgot how? Have you felt the emptiness and aching so deep in your chest, that for one split second it makes you feel, that death just might be best? Have you felt numbness in your arms and legs so intense that it makes them feel heavy and hard to move? This makes no sense. Have you ever felt the tremors in your hand, or knees so weak you couldn't stand? Have you felt the want to experience life, for just one minute, with no problems, tears, fears or anger in it? Have you felt the need to please others, to do all you can do, but that all you have inside will never be enough to see them through? Have you felt the world weigh so heavy it seems to pull you down, slowly pulling, yet pushing until you fall hard to the ground? If you've felt this way I know you'd understand why, sometimes I feel so small and unworthy I'd just like to die. You know I'm too strong and stubborn to give in, I just wanted you to know how these terrible thoughts begin. God gives me the strength to go on and live, you give me the courage to go on, to love, and to give. Forgive me if I've gone and depressed you, I just want you to know what you're getting yourself into.
