Entrapment

by Tek Forster - Sagittarius

As time grows,
So do I.

Heaven knows what lies ahead, but
I am completely blinded by invisible hands.

Hands that grope my very soul and
Massage my sullen heart.

My brain is an over cooked omelet which has been
Dried out in the sun in mid summer.

My eyes wince in pain due to over exposure
And smoke.

My limbs are weak and my fingers are stiff.
My vision is blurred,

Legs are twisted beyond repair.
My foot is shorter than the other,
The latter is 90 degrees in the wrong direction.

Impaled glass hovering above,
Little sheep hug my feet.

Blood everywhere,
But I see none.

He sees me as stupid,
He sees me as an idiot.

They think I am gay,
I have problems knowing the truth.

My past is a mystery,
But I see belts and hear cries whenever I close my eyes.

My father is a bum with alcohol in his blood.
My mother is married to a different man,
They both enjoy Mary Jane's company.

I steal all the time,
But I have yet to steal a happy moment.

Future remains uncertain,
No respect is paid to me.
My closet is filled with unidentifiable skeletons,

Friends like my little brother more than me.
I am too quiet,
Too strange…

I wish I could remember,
I wish I can change.
I wish to hold the world,
I wish to shine.

Reason for writing:

I was thinking about life one day while I was typing a story. Past occurrances and nightmares that have swallowed my head whole. It's a free-load of my insecurities.
