Little Frog
One little frog,
Sitting in the moat.
One little tear,
Rolling down his cheek.
One lonely day,
Sitting by himself.
He wonders where they've all gone,
He's all along,
How will he find a mate?
One lonely day,
He hops on down the road.
He sees lots of creatures,
But none like his own.
Tired from his days hopping,
He leaps into a pond.
He begins to croak,
No love can be found.
A fly goes buzzing by,
Little frog doesn't even take a leap.
He's just stares into the sky.
Rain starting to come down,
Little frog goes to hide,
Beneath a little bush,
Little frog spies,
Another little frog,
With a tear in its eye.
Sitting all alone,
Staring at the ground.
About this time she looks up,
Sees him sitting there.
Two little frogs,
Sitting by the pond,
Love to be found,
He's not a prince,
She's not a princess,
Just two little frogs in love,
Wondering where each had been.
