From that first seductive smile Toying at my lips (features unfamiliar but Aesthetic all the same) To the way your lips meet mine, (Repellent thought I am) For an evening I forget (Albeit superficially) That I ever chased at all, Let alone failed to catch up, That my heart is yet unloved And that He won't be the first. For your gentle fingertip Facilitates oublie And upon my return home I'm once more Pretty. But tomorrow I'll be once more stripped to dust.

i do stupid things sometimes, for justifiable but not justified reasons. this was one of many such things.
