i'd drink you in smile in silence and stare into the eyes i dared to read i'd warm your hand and cool your lips and trust your tongue when you told me that you valued me. and now my voice cacophanous to your delicate ears; my hands but shapeless flesh hung limply at my sides... yet I DON'T WISH to have your kiss if i can have your smile if i can have your careful words to help me see. to see i don't repulse you. to see which truth to choose. i don't wish to have your kiss if i can have your careful words to help me see myself.
Reason for writing:
things change. much to the dismay of many. but must they change forever? it may seem idealistic to look to the past, for oftentimes we romanticize it ad absurdium, but isn't that connection between two people enough to make it obvious that, merely because one stage of a relationship is over, it must not necessarily wholly conclude?Birth sign: Libra
