Reason for writing:
i was arranging to go to homeocming with a girk i liked. there was some feelings from both of us,
but neither of us wanted to take the first step.
my brother started hassling her to ask em out and fund out if she really liked me.
through his continually bugging her, she lost alot of desire for me.
we did end up going to the prom together, but it was just as friends.
a few weeks later i found out form her sister that she had at one point considered asking me out,
but becasue of my brother, she decided against.
now the song symbolizes the time we had feellings for each other. in the beggening of the song,
as in life, we started out with passion but unlike in life, we started to get toghether.
then as it goes on, i see promise for a connection between us, hence the dancing gracefully.
all of a sudden it stops being gracefull and she has doubt in her mind and it shows.
right before the end, i find out the casue of this, thats where i fit in the line about heredity.
the end signifies the end of any chances we may have had.
but as it states, I WISH THIS SONG WOULD LAST FOR EVER.
this is because i still feel for her. that night at prom,
i realized how much i love her. she has ling since been out of my life, but i can
never forget her nor can i stop loving her.
