why does life hurt so bad
without you even being sad
when i am in such pain
you feel just great
i see a smile on your face
and i become a disgrace
to myself, to my soul
i have nothing left, i feel so low
you gave me hope
you gave me happiness
you gave me love
and i've lost my confidense
may be things will change
and may be they wont
may be i'll become free
and fly away to a greater sea!
Reason for writing:
when i have many emotions built up inside of me i get them out by writing poetry. i am a beginner and not that good but i love to write. this poem is about my first love that i will always love forever.
