These lonely streets

by Riggs - Libra

As I walk along these lonley streets
I realize that I've lost something
I don't know what it was
I don't know where it was

As I walk along these lonely streets
I realize that I've gained something
I don't know what it is
I don't know where it is

I can't be sure that what I lost was bad
I can't be sure that what I gained was good
I can't be sure I'll ever know
But instead be doomed to ponder it
As I walk along these lonely streets.

Reason for writing:

People come and people go all the time. It might not be good then but it will work out
