Friends keep us strong, through good times and bad. They keep us coming along, when we've felt our lives have been had. They can always manage to put a smile on our face, angry, sad, tearful ,scared, They make us know we always have a place. A place where they'll always be there. The memories shared can never be forgeotten, they hold a special place in your heart. They can never be sold or boughten, for they will undoubtly always complete your heart. As time passes by and we begin to go our own way, our lives start to change minute by minute. We wish for the old days to stay, but learn there is no limit. No limit to where the friendship ends, for it can go on forever. We will continue to fly hand in hand, always together. Though we may not always have each other in sight, we know because of all the memories shared, that if we just continue to hold them tight, our friends will always be there.
Reason for writing:
The friends closest to my heart, that have been there for me through everything are the ones who have inspired me to write this poem. For there is nothing like a TRUE friend.
