Pale light
outside my window
everything softly shines
Moonlight casts shadows
and shines upon the water
Black water
Cold water, a river of cold tears
black tears from running mascara
agian she cries, alone she cries
And I see her in the window
the reflection now falls on
the broken glass, red blood at the tips
edges like the razors that tear at her heart
and now those edges
tear at her wrists
and release her
from the moonlight shining in her tears
Reason for writing:
upon seeing my reflection in a similar moment
