Coffin

by Kai - Aquarius

I heard you calling me from six feet under,
 under my heels.
I ran so fast away,
 away from your stifled screaming.
The shrill voice rising from the soil
 and I couldn't get away.
Unable to breathe I hid in a room,
in which you were already in.
I couldn't get away.
Clawing inside your small box,
in which you were ment to rot,
but you refuse to die without me.
LEAVE!
My toes are glued to the floor,
I fall to my knees.
Please leave me.
But it's too late, you've started the race.
I'm already dead,
 you've eaten my will.
Climbing out of your coffin,
you replace the fresh emptiness with my hope,
and bury it deep within this hungry earth,
 where you say it belongs.

Reason for writing:

Mental abuse mainly, yay. Comments are always appreciated.
