If As I lay my head down to sleep I pray to the lord my sole to keep if I am to die before I awake help my family and friends to get on with there burdens and, heavy heart aces. If I am not to make it till’ tomorrow May they have no grief or sorrow. For I have gone to another and better place, and soon we will meet again face to face. If I am to die before tomorrow’s sun rises, May they go on and except lives surprises as gifts from above from the one that they lost, And so dearly loved. If God takes me away may my enemies live another day; Another days to realize that violence and hatred aren’t the way. If I am not to live another day may my family and friends Excel and prosper in each and every way. So, As I lay my head down to sleep I pray to the lord my sole to keep and if I am to die before I awake I pray to God my sole to take and to end this simple poem with one last request, I ask that you bless each person from heart to heart and from chest to chest.
Reason for writing:
JUST INCASE I AM TO DIE UNEXSPECIDLY I WOULDNT WANT TO LEAVE MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WITH NO LAST WORDS
