From the Drawingboard of a Child's Mind From the drawing board Of a child's mind Comes dimented pictures Violent and graphic Sexually explicit Hidden in dark corners Tossed out of site Disregarded and unimportant Discreetly secret And pushed away Groping in the darkness Tearing at my soul Burning through my lips Killing to say No Feeling like a whore Without the interesting pay Wandering around lost Never knowing the right way Needing stability Needing someone to love Needing someone's compassion Free as a dove Tied up in knows Unable to cut free Stripped naked On my knees Tearing at barbed wire Screaming out in pain Forced upon my body Permanantly scarred and maimed Cant say anything Words wont come out Youth and innocense gone Given without a doubt Covered and cold Cant stop moving Hear a voice in the dark Quiet and soothing
