My Silly Daddy

by Percy Albertross - Taurus

My Silly Daddy

I love my daddy he’s really fun.
But he’s dafter than a currant bun.
He sings funny songs and silly rhymes.
And takes me off to pantomimes.
He chases me around the house,
Pretending he’s a little mouse.
While I’m sitting watching telly,
He creeps up behind me, to tickle my belly.

What a silly dad I’ve got,
He makes me giggle and laugh a lot.
Lots of fun and games to play.
‘Cause I miss my mummy at work all day.
We play with bricks and paint and stick.
And he cares for me when I’m poorly sick.
He’s loves me more than all the world,
Even when I’m a naughty girl.
My dads cool he’s really fun,
But I still miss playing with my mum.

Reason for writing:

    I love my two children
