Should I give in? So many questions, hope for many answers, How long will He let me live? so many goals, hope for many accomplishments, I die for the cause, Live for the freedom, If I had a choice, I probably wouldn't be here, So many expectations running through my mind, all I need is a little freedom, mixed with a little wine, all I want is to dine in the best, without protection and a bulletproof vest, if that's too much, I'm sorry Lord, This isn't the right place for me, and if it's the same up there, you can just delete me, I'm a rebel by determination, and maybe by destiny, I'm going to be a revolutionist, and paint a brighter picture.
Reason for writing:
This is just one of my favorite poems I have written. I get a lot of my motivation from my music, and when I'm alone. I listen to 2pac's music everyday, and I think I have learned how to flow with my words a lot better just by listening to the music. I gotta give shotoutz to all my fellow comrads in Elk Grove.
