SHE KNOWS A defiant sigh As she watches the sky A sip from the bottle Moistens her cracked red lips She snarls at the make believe As a full moon passes by In the dead of the night She feels alive And feels the gift As she walks around Watching Blank smiles On blank faces Leaving children of honest parents So consumed in noise It kills the silence She leaves the group To wander the streets wondering why These people try So hard to be someone When all we want is you A lonley soul Will still be alone With an empty mind or a captured heart It will sing to the skies With a soul thats alive And dreams that fly to the moon She screams with laughter She always said she always knew why people drowned their spirit In wines and spirits They've cried away tears Telling their memories It's all your fault She knows it's a waste of love And a waste of years The moon reflects in her eyes They are a mirror forall our failings She knows never to say goodbye To the things that shape us Or the pain that makes us She smashes the bottle With empty rage Thinks back on her life Too short to be wise About this lonley generation She knows she can choose life Nothing Or never decide.Birth sign: Gemini
