There are times when we go into a state of denial because of our emotional ride. It even comes to a point of denying your feelings and/or magnifying the negative emotions in order to prevent you from feeling the love still trapped in one's self. "Silt" is about being honest with yourself in what you feel. Not only in relational problems, but even with other aspects of one's life...
