At daybreak the world looks so different So new, so naive, so pure A light that's barely there, a face lost and obscure Everything is so peaceful, but how long will it last? The sun will soon be up and off will come my mask Out for the world to see, this scared little girl And what am I to do? Run and hide? I have no hiding place, I am out in front of the world On the outside I am smiling happy, fun and joyful On the inside I am crying Lost, afraid and scared And soon the sun will shine up above the world My hiding place discovered no longer am I covered
Reason for writing:
It's basically about the way I hide from myself and the rest
of the world. it's about being forced out of the comfort of
being alone.
