Lost Little Girl

by Becca - Aries

Crippled, broken, forever untrue
A heart lost to love, a heart lost to you
You, the soul of the Earth
You, the untouchable great
You, whom I have never met
And never met through fate
Fear and pain
Forgiveness I beg
Please, dear sir, let there be rain
Wash away my tears, take away my pain
Ask all I may, the rain does not fall
Though begging, though hope, though dreams--
all lost, for I am not what I seem
Shallow lost and afraid
A mind that is crippled, a pulse that does no beat
I am dead to myself, but here for the world
Have a look, but please don't stare
Show some compassion, take a little care
A shattered soul, a loose spirit
A lost little girl in an old and withered shell
take a breath, have a look, sigh a sigh
All will be your last
Forver is calling
forever darkness, forever shadow, forever hiding
But do not be sad, this is what I want, what I crave, what I desire
Please, oh please, let me put out my fire.

Reason for writing:

Pretty self explanitory...seeking the end to all suffering I feel
