I Would

by Robert - Libra

I would marry you tomorrow,
At the start of another day,
I would like to end my sorrow,
Put paid to my lonely ways.

I would marry you in the morning,
The sun our guiding light,
I would marry you in the evening,
On the brightest moonlit night.

I would marry you in a minute,
and not one second too late,
I would, but I have to admit it,
You are the one girl I actually Hate!!!

Reason for writing:

I like ending my poems with a punch line, and this one tickled my fancy. I wrote it while walking home from work.
I honestly have never met a girl I actually hate, trust me.
