Shitty Ears I really hate my shitty ears… Cause me nothing but grief and tears. They’re always diseased and manky, And on bad days make me cranky. They really piss me off as well, With the shit they ooze, And that awful smell. I’ve had it now for twenty years, All that time with shitty ears. You’d think with heart transplants And kidneys too, A couple of ears would be nothing new. I know there’s people worse than me, Deaf as a post an’ cannot see. But sometimes it just makes me sick, ‘Cause my ears are full of toxic shit.

I've had mastoid problems for 20 years,and sometimes it just pisses me off.
