MOONLIGHT SHINE The moonlight shines Time stands still I can see the love in your eyes As i stand and wonder Who he can be Your tears mix With the winter rain The cold damp night Wasrms your frozen heart You wisper "he never loved me" Between the crys and screams You made a fool of yourself last night You told him your love He tore you apart Another night another girl Your heads a mess Your hearts on fire Anger and passion Kill those angel eyes Your souls been frozen By blatant lies As the darkness calls The rain still pours Your love turns to hate with each step we walk You look to me Wish he was like me? But you'll never love me We both agree I reach out to hold you You hug me with trust My feelings run riot As i choke back the lust I listen again To all of your troubles Drinking together Makes anything possible The whiskey persuades me To run my fingers through your hair You turn and you kiss me The rest.... As they say... ...Is history The morning calls me I can see you naked The guilt runs through me As my hangover taughts me The advantage i've taken Will undoubtable break us Because i've taken too much Stolen your trust The moment you wake I appologise forever You tell me it's fine With love in your eyes
