A real fantasy

by MDM Matthew - Libra

Lights break the virgin silence of my confines.
I look up and realize I am sliding down
The greased pole of emotion, intoxicated on a
fantasy… a wish never to be granted.

Laughter wounds the silenced strings of my
Paradise-or hell, which ever it may be.
I force a smile, a tear unshed drips down,
forever unheard or felt, lest it be in my dreams.

Hearts long lost in a dance, with fear nibbling
the edges of my sanity, I let go… only to
feel the warm embrace of my Savior- my
lost soul found again, in a world where everything
is complete, a real fantasy…
