RUNNING TO THE SUN

by Erica Hughes - Libra

When you see me running,
don't get in my way,
because girls like me,
don't like to play.

don't stand in front of me,

cause I'll mow you down,
just put your hands behind your head,
and your face on the ground.
I don't want to hear, your feeble bones crack
when I stand in victory,
with my feet on your back,

when you see me running to the sun,
don't get in my way,
cause' I'm ambitious,
and I don't play.
Won't let no fool,
get in my way.
Don't talk about love,
don't need your cash,
and please don't offer,
you won't get no #$*#!
Excuse me sir,
don't mean to be brash. . .

while your kicking down my trees,
I'm kickin' your ass.

femmes fatale takin back ours,
sending warmongering men,
back to mars.

Don't fret,
when I put you in check,
because a fool,
gets no respect!
