Take heed my friend of the monster inside for when time is near it's end it will devour all your pride Know yourself inside and out understand who you can be because soon, without a doubt this monster you will see If you savvy who you are you will fight the battle it is in because in fact you have won the war the monster dies within
Reason for writing:
During and akward time of my life I knew something was pushing me to do the things I had done. I did not want to be a horrible person. This poem I wrote helped me see just who I really am and what was going on in my life.
