I feel like I just lifted a thousand pounds off of my shoulders. To get everything out and in the open is such a relief. Now you know, Now I know, Now I don’t have to worry. I don’t have to hide anything anymore, Or pretend it isn’t real anymore. I can approach my feelings with an open mind, And I can know that they are real. I do not have to deny them to anyone, Including myself.
Reason for writing:
well, i wrote this poem after telling my boyfriend that i love him. he pretty much said that he loved me back, and it was a big relief for me to get all of my feelings out of me!
