DIETER'S DILEMNA

by Cletus Hardiman - Sagittarius

When my stomach is full,
I am happy and glad;
I think that I could diet forever,
and not be so sad.
But, when I get hungry
my temper turns bad,
and I can do nothing,
but, be grouchy and bad....

Reason for writing:

    Motivation? Just stating facts.....When I can eat all I want, it is satisfying.....when I cannot....It works on the mind....we have to be tough.....(MIND OVER MATTER)...
