I Stand Before You Naked By Richard Maxfield 2-10-2000 I stand before you naked Striped of all pride All I have to offer you Is what I am inside Just a man As God created me to be An imperfect human I am what you see I make mistakes Each and every day I strive to learn And do better in every way I can tell you something About what makes me tick The simple things in life For me do the trick God, family and friends Is where my heart is at As long as I have these things On which to hang my hat Morals, love and kindness Are traits in which I believe I work each day to my best Until these things I achieve Loyalty, forgiveness and honesty Are ways in which I live They are the best presents Any one can give When I am gone I hope each one can say There was a man Who lived the best each day Copyright # RM99R4
