The world is changing, don't you see? Do you REALLY watch TV? Or are you blind as well? And look at what our "music" has succumbed to!! The Backsteet Boys and Britney Spears, THAT'S what we have to show for a hundred years?!! If I see ONE MORE five guy band, I'll go insane, I guarentee! Get that shit away from me! And what happened to the funny shows? Like the OLD Saturday night lives? Have you seen the stuff they display as entertainment now? WHat the hell is that stuff? Do they think we actually like to see, anorexia glorified like a shiny Christmas tree? So some young girl can feel depressed, while Jennifer Love Hewitt prances around in a "dress", in an happy little existence that no one can possibly relate to!! Maybe I'm just crazy, maybe I'm just wrong, Maybe you like that Abercrombie and Fitch song, Maybe you like bleach blonde hair, and orange skin from the tanning beds, and guys who only talk to girls whose thighs don't touch, or who have breast implants at the age of seventeen. Maybe you like the fact that looks seem to be all that matters anymore. Maybe I'm just crazy. Maybe everyone else is under some spell, brought on by the media's commercialized hell that now defines our generation! Oh give me a time capsule, I'm going back. You'll find me watching Sanford and son, and grooving to the tunes of Janis Joplin, THe Grateful Dead, or some other group whose music isn't generated from a little box controlled by a guy who shops at Abercrombie and Fitch!!!!
