A very lonely girl

by Novelo - Aquarius

A very lonely girl sat in a very lovely chair.
In a very lonely room within a lovely house,
On top of a lonely hill beside a lovely sea.

Reading lonely stories about lovely people.
Who lived lonely lives in lovely places,
At the top of a lonely world in lovely ice castles.

And then it happened………

As she sat reading

Lips moving
Eyes darting
Fingers flipping
Tongue wetting

She noticed from the corner of her eye
The silk line of a visitor
Hovering beside her
Touching her hair
Invading her lair
Her moment
Her

A suitcase in eight leg grasp
A sack secured
A bag of bumps
A purse holding
A chest of dealings
A gift

Laid on a table edge the package released
And a wink of multiple eye
A fur lined tentacle to mouth
A nilly nod in direction done
And up and away to starting square
And off

The girl reset herself from coil
Sat back down and saw
Reached out and felt
Pondered and rolled
Grasped and shook
Placed eyes at ceiling
Nothing

Why very strange
What was this for?
Who was this from?
Where should she put it?
When

She took to the garden and tossed amoung
Hidden in green leaves
Under thistle and yellow vines
Next to dirt that help growth
And turned away
Gone

The sun rose amoung the trees……

Happy and unafraid of new beginnings
The girl noticed her garden shinning
Ventured near and quiet
The package had grow in moonlight and dew
And possessed three portals
Exposed

The size of a pumpkin placed centered
Stationary and coloured
Incased in gold samplings
Of crusted coverings
Sunlight showered
Inviting

The lonely girl lowered eyes to window left
And peered upon her own birth
Her family around smiling and joyous
Her first breath in a world thrust
Her first steps over
Searching

The lonely girl looked in the centre window
And saw her lovely house on lovely hill
Her lonely life casual and dull
And no one around to share a word
No music or song or dance or life
Saddened

The lonely girl peaked in the right window
And saw a lonely pale lady grayed
Eyes ungiving and frail in hollow sockets
Solitary and singular shaken from desire
Touched by no one and held close by none
Stilled

And lightning struck the ground on a clear day…

And the rounded sphere was destroyed
In plain view completely and vanished
But the lesson was learned from within
Before the light retained its position above
And spurn and revitalized her head flooded
And off she went

The lonely girl would be alive from now on
Forewarned by unrequested knowledge
But earnest interacting that produced
Wonderment held from visions
Of changeable settamentary ways
In nicks time

The unlonely girl dressed herself up
In coloured robes of all splendor
And paraded herself to towns beyond
And gathered smiles and friends
Held parties and courted
Never to gain lifes third window
Ever

And so….

Invited the silk and wonder of packaged
Visitors who's request for life
Is one that catches you before your time
Is forgotten and silenced by neglect
Of your lovely dreams within loving's reach
Daily
