As you draw me near to you, I see in those sweet blue eyes... A love that you just cannot hide, One that can't be disguised. It is there to surround me, To keep me safe from harm... And even on the coldest nights, That alone is what keeps me warm. As you gently touch me, Cupping my face in your hands... I feel a closeness only shared, Between a woman and a man. The rest of the world fades away, It's just the two of us... I am feeling the emotion, The understanding and the trust. A serious look overtakes your face, As you whisper "I love you"... A loving tear begins to glisten, In those eyes of blue. Like a garden love blossoms, And it continues to grow... Higher and higher the emotions soar, Til they meet our special rainbow, To us that rainbow is a symbol, Of all the dreams that we've had...
